We can ship cigars and accessories to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. Cigar Todo Bien LLC “ El Duke Hernandez 26 “will ship all cigars, humidors, cigar cutters, lighters, cigar cases and other cigar accessories in our catalog or cigar website within 48 hours of receiving the payment (excluding weekends).

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose.  Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

STANDARD SHIPPING is through U.S.P.S. Priority Mail or UPS Ground Service. Normal delivery takes 2 – 7 days, depending on the delivery address.

CHARGES are actual published shipping rates by those carriers.

FREE STANDARD SHIPPING on all orders of $500.00 or more. Dose not include signature confirmation and the customer is responsible for updates of tracking information and the package left by USPS at shipping address.

UPS 3rd DAY AIR charges are based on the weight and dimensions of the items purchased.

UPS 2nd DAY AIR charges are based on the weight and dimensions of the items purchased.

NEXT DAY AIR Charges are based on the weight and dimensions of the items purchased.

All shipments to Post Office Boxes, Military FPO addresses, U.S. Government Military APO addresses, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands and Guam will only be shipped through USPS Priority Mail under the STANDARD SHIPPING CHARGES above.

 Missing Packages: Cigar Todo Bien LLC “ El Duke Hernandez 26 “"  will not take responsibility for missing or stolen packages after our carrier has declared the package "Delivered".

Weather Condition

Severe weather conditions could affect UPS and USPS Freight operations in parts of the U.S.

We cannot take responsibility for carrier delays or weather conditions that may cause shipments to be delivered late. 


We will ship to any country in the world through U.S.P.S. Global Priority, Express Mail or First Class Mail International. USPS First Class Mail, Express Mail or Global Priority International does not guarantee estimated time of arrival or delivery date as the package is not insured in this service and cannot be claimed. The Charges are based on the weight and dimensions of the items purchased. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound. Other arrangements can be made through UPS, FEDEX or DHL but the full cost of the shipment must be prepaid by the Customer. Responsibility for duties and taxes: Our prices do not include duties or value-added taxes. If assessed, these charges are the responsibilities of the package recipient, who will be billed for them by the local Customs office or the carrier. A restocking fee (25%) will apply to all product(s) returned due to the customer's refusal to pay duties/taxes or packages marked as "Refused", "Unclaimed", "Undeliverable" or "Prohibited" and the shipping cost paid by the customer will not be refunded. If a package is lost or misdirected due to an incorrectly input address, is completely not responsible. We have no control over addresses typed on the checkout pages. Please make sure you have typed in the correct address.

ALL international orders are shipped within 48 business hours and are processed manually. Due to security reasons the order and payment must be verified prior to shipping. This process requires an additional 24 hours. All shipping charges must be prepaid with the order.

After the arrival of the package to its destined country, the customer’s communication in regard to the parcel will have to be direct with the service mail office of that country, as it is not in the hands of the United States Postal Service for delivery anymore.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable) 
Book with obvious signs of use 
CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened 
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error 
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable) 
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) 
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
